Data Deletion Policy
Effective Date: Dec 12, 2025
1) Delete In-App
You can delete any imported link/entry directly in TapTrack.
2) Request Full Deletion
Email douglasvg@gmail.com with subject: “Data Deletion Request – TapTrack.” After verifying your identity, we’ll delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
3) Scope of Deletion
Deletion covers:
Your account profile and app-stored entries/metadata,
Any cached Embed/metadata tied to your account,
Any queued offline imports pending sync.
System backups are purged on their normal cycles and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
4) Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
