Data Deletion Policy

Effective Date: Dec 12, 2025

1) Delete In-App

You can delete any imported link/entry directly in TapTrack.

2) Request Full Deletion

Email douglasvg@gmail.com with subject: “Data Deletion Request – TapTrack.” After verifying your identity, we’ll delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

3) Scope of Deletion

Deletion covers:

  • Your account profile and app-stored entries/metadata,

  • Any cached Embed/metadata tied to your account,

  • Any queued offline imports pending sync.

    System backups are purged on their normal cycles and are not used to restore deleted accounts.

4) Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
