Welcome to TapTrack! By using our app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

  • TapTrack is for personal training and educational purposes.

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or local age of consent) to use the app.

2. Content Imports

  • You may import links from Instagram Reels into TapTrack.

  • Only public Instagram content may be imported. Private or restricted content is not supported.

  • TapTrack does not download or host videos. Only metadata (title, thumbnail, author handle, URL) is stored.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add to TapTrack.

  • You agree not to use TapTrack for unlawful purposes or to infringe on others’ rights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and service names displayed remain the property of their owners.

  • Instagram content belongs to its original authors; TapTrack only references it by link and metadata.

5. Service Availability

  • TapTrack may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • TapTrack is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be available in the app and at the provided URL.
